1 . Data treatment
The treatment of data by the Association Lea Pacini is the collection and storage of third parties’ data (“data” ).
2 . Method of treatment
The treatment of data by the Association Lea Pacini could take place either in an automated and non-automated ways. The Association could modify, in the course of time, of its own initiative, the methods of data treatment and therefore visitors are invited to regularly check these pieces of information. The interested visitor will receive, by sending a request to the person responsible for data treatment, more pieces of information on the way in which the data are treated.
3 . Person in charge and appointees of treatment
The treatment of personal data is carried out in accordance with the law 196/03.
Any personal data submitted voluntarily by visitors may be used by the Association Lea Pacini on the basis of consent given by the visitors themselves.
For the use of specific services, visitors will be supplied with the appropriate information and, where necessary, they will be requested to give the consent to the treatment of their personal data.

4 . Collection of data
Data are collected by the Association Lea Pacini based on the pieces of information received by people visiting all the sites managed by the Association Lea Pacini, and in particular web and wap sites, who have given their consent. Data may be sent by the visitor to the Association Lea Pacini to get the following services:
– Requests for information on products and / or services of the Association Lea Pacini
– Correspondence via e-mail
– Request to receive information regarding specific initiatives or general data
– Other purposes
5 . Data Protection
The protection of data is performed by the Association Lea Pacini through a system of protection of personal information based on the adoption of security measures.
6 . Importance of consent to the use of personal data
The collection and treatment of data by the Association Lea Pacini will be made only for the data for which it has obtained the express consent of the visitor documented in writing. The visitor will also free not to give consent to any treatment and use of personal data. The consent will be required at the time when visitors will be asked to leave – or when visitors will leave – their personal information.
7 . Purpose of the collection and treatment of data
The collection and treatment of data will be carried out by the Association Lea Pacini in order to allow the Association itself to make pieces of information and promotional services available to visitors.

The use of data can be carried out by the Association Lea Pacini even abroad.
9 . Exclusion of transmission to third parties
The Association Lea Pacini will not be made available to any categories that should be indicated before the release the data for which the visitor has given consent to the treatment.
10 . Rights of visitors to object to personal data treatment
The visitor of the site will have the rights conferred on him by law 196/2003, including:

– Opposition to their use for commercial or advertising or market research scopes
– Obtaining information about data
– Deletion, updating and rectification
– Access the registers of the Guarantor
